HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11226 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application to the revenue authorities for survey of land to an extent of Ac.0-94 cents situated in Sy.No.32 of Baligattam Village of Narsipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per circular in R.C.No.N1/6543/99, dated 25-07-2001 issued by the Special Commissioner and Director, Survey, Settlements and Land Records under para-20 to Board Standing Order 34-A, any private person is entitled to seek survey and demarcation of the private land on payment of survey charges. But inspite of that no action has been taken on the application of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open to the petitioner to submit relevant documents in support of her claim.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 30-03-2017 Nvl
