THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2419 of 2018 O R D E R :

Heard Sri G. Chanikya, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

The allegation of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that some unknown persons have occupied the land acquired by the Society, by name India Fellowship Inc. with Registered No. 626 of 1971, vide document No. 2638 of 1971. The petitioner claims that the said land is in Survey No. 203 over an extent of Acs.5.12 guntas of Shamshabad Village, Ranga Reddy District. Inasmuch as the petitioner asserts their right with respect to the property, he is entitled to avail the remedies under civil law, including against Respondents 2 and 3 also by seeking appropriate relief. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
