THE HON'BLE JUSTICE M.G. PRIYADARSINI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1083 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nizamabad, in Crl.M.P.No.537 of 2022 in Crime No.56 of 2022, dt.23.12.2022, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, they were directed to execute personal bonds for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two local sureties for a like sum each.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The present petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition on the ground that the petitioners are unable to secure the said amount. The petitioners were already granted bail on 23.12.2022. However, due to their incapacity, the petitioners are unable to furnish sureties.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 23.12.2022 by reducing the surety amount from Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.25,000/-

with two local sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court remain unaltered. 5.

With this modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
