This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent in not paying the enhanced compensation amount as ordered by the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad in O.P.No.22 of 1997 on 28-12-2004 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India.

Sri Anil Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (Telangana) placed on record the letter bearing Lr.No.B/ 987/ 2018, dated.13-07-2018, addressed by Sri.S.Vishwanatham, Revenue Divisional Officer, Vikarabad Division to the Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (TG), wherein it is stated that the total decretal amount of Rs.7,40,832/ - has been deposited in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad vide banker Cheque No.420029, dated.14-062008. Therefore, while placing the above letter on record, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
