Bandari Laxmi v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.2695 OF 2019
O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Kalvasrirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District, is not issuing her e-patta pass books in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.00 guntas in Survey No.43/A1; Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.43/A2; and Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.66/A of Pagadapalli Village, Kalvasrirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District.
Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner was already issued a regular pattadar pass book under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 in relation to the subject land. That being so, the Tahsildar, Kalvasrirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District, is bound to consider her request for issuance of e-patta pass books in relation to the very same land. However, as the representation said to have been made by the petitioner is not placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make an application afresh in prescribed format to the Tahsildar, Kalvasrirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District, requesting him to issue e-patta pass books in relation to the subject land. As and when such an application is made, the Tahsildar, Kalvasrirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District, shall take appropriate action thereon expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
