The learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed a letter before the Registry stating that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision further and that he intends to withdraw the revision petition. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
