Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more and he has no instructions from the legal representative to pursue the writ petition(TR). 2.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner that sole petitioner is no more and also no steps are taken to bring the Legal representative on records, writ petition(TR) stands abated and accordingly dismissed. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition (TR) shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
