HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A. No. 148 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 03.01.2018 in W.V.M.P.No. 1378 of 2016 in W.P.M.P.No. 12246 of 2016 in W.P.No. 9699 of 2016 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court. However, the learned Single Judge is requested to dispose of the writ petition expeditiously. With the above observation, the writ appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
