Heard Sri S.Jagadish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for Endowments appearing on behalf of the respondents placing reliance on the averments made at paragraph Nos.10 and 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.3, submits that all steps have been initiated for implementation of the orders of this Court dated 05.06.2023 passed in W.P.No.24047 of 2009 as modified by the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 23.08.2023 passed in W.A.No.843 of 2023 and seeks only few more weeks time since the delay is due to procedural steps involved.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and duly considering the averments made at paragraph Nos.10 and 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.3, the contempt is directed to be listed on 17.10.2025 under the caption "for compliance."

Respondents are directed to implement the orders of this Court dated 05.06.2023 passed in W.P.No.24047 of 2009 as modified and confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 23.08.2023 passed in W.A.No.843 of 2023 on or before 17.10.2025, failing which, the respondents shall be present before this Court on 17.10.2025.
