HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos 2453, 2853 and 2748 of 2020 COMMON ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioners is that revision filed by them in File No.E/516/2016 filed against the common order dated 16-02-2016 passed in appeal in respect of assignment of land in Sy.No.377 situated at Mandepally Village is pending. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petitions are filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners in File No.E/516/2016 after issuing notice to them and affected parties if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
