HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.293 OF 2020 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 15.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40924 of 2014.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had informed this Court that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2018 in W.P.No.40924 of 2014 and also implemented the modified punishment in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact.

In view of the same, the contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
