This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 03.12.2016 in E.P.No.08 of 2016 in O.S.No.104 of 2003 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.
