THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1249 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.09.09.2014 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.22806 of 2014 in WP.No.18188 of 2014.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.22806 of 2014 in WP.No.18188 of 2014, the respondent has considered the application of the petitioner and passed order dt.29.06.2016, as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. A copy of the said order dt.29.06.2016 passed by the respondent is also placed on record.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly the Contempt Case is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 29.06.2016 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law, if he is so aggrieved. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
