THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.943 of 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.9 of 2017 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 469 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 to A4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/A1 to A4 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since petitioner Nos.1,2 and 4/A1, A2 and A4 are old aged persons, their presence in the above case may be dispensed with, except petitioner No.3/A3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioners/A1, A2 and A4, except petitioner No.3/A3, in C.C.No.9 of 2017 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is

GSD, J Crl.P.No.943 of 2020 required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
