THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.25953 OF 2013 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is neither taking steps to trace out Tata Magic Auto bearing No.AP 29 TV 1289 nor filing final report in F.I.R.No.66 of 2012. The learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed and since the owner of the vehicle in question has defaulted in payment of tax for a sum of Rs.5,800/- payable to the Road Transport Authority department, the said vehicle has been seized by the Motor Vehicle Inspector, Parvathipuram. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as per law. No costs.
