HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though Crime No.144 of 2015 was registered on 06.06.2015 in Kothagudem I Town Police Station, so far there is no progress in the investigation.

On written instructions, learned Government Pleader would submit that the Station House Officer of Kothagudem I Town P.S., in his written instructions dated 14.02.2019 requests one month time to complete the investigation process and case would be finalized.

In view of the assertion given by the Station House Officer, Kothagudem I Town P.S., no further orders are required to be passed. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
