When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24802 of 2019. Following the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24802 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the objections of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
