HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 209 of 2019 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders of this Court dated 09.11.2018 in W.P.No.40253 of 2018, wherein and whereby this Court disposed of the Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by making aggrieved persons as parties and on such appeal being filed, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within six weeks thereafter. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings No.C/227/2019, dated 15.03.2019 stating that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
