O R D E R

Aggrieved by the impugned notice No.B/404/2019 dated 06.12.2019 issued by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Kanagal Mandal, Kanagal, Nalgonda District, for resumption of the subject land, which is assigned to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent has withdrawn the impugned notice with a direction to the petitioner to utilize the land only for agricultural purpose. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has erected a shed for cattle and that the petitioner is utilizing the subject land only for agricultural purpose.

In view of the same, recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of. However, if the petitioner violates any conditions of assignment, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action by following due process of law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
