This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to cancel the bail granted to respondent No.2/accused in CrlMP.No.1288 of 2017 on the file of the learned Special Sessions Judge for trial of SCs & STs Cases-cum-III Additional Sessions Judge, I/c VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ananatapuram. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not put forth any reasons for cancellation of the bail granted to respondent No.2.

The parameters for cancellation of bail are not met out in this case and absolutely, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to submit any change of circumstances subsequent to grant of bail to respondent No.2, which would necessitate cancellation of bail. Hence, the Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
