HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4178 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent in not promoting the petitioner to the post of Hockey Coach Grade-I.

This Court on 2.3.2007, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.5351 of 2007, to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. In view of the relief which has been sought in the main writ petition stands granted by way of interim order, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
