This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 397 (1) and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, aggrieved by the Orders dated 19.10.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1257 of 2009 in C.C.No.98 of 2009 by the learned XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
