THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2461 of 2011 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 03.10.2011 in Domestic Violence Appeal No.104 of 2011 confirming the order dated 31.12.2010 in D.V.C.No.86 of 2010 on the file of the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
