This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1288 of 2014 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 12.06.2015 and 03.07.2015. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed today under the said caption, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
