THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.56 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to look into the complaint made by the petitioner and on enquiry the complaint is found to be correct, appropriate legal measure shall be taken against the offending industrial units, of course the person who might be affected must be served with notice and opportunity of hearing should be given. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
