HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 5191 OF 2004 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Staff Car Driver along with the candidates sponsored by the 2nd respondent. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he got his name enrolled with the Employment Exchange in the year 1992, the 2nd respondent has not sponsored his name. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions dated 23.03.2004 directing the 2nd respondent to sponsor the candidature of the petitioner, provided, if he is senior to the candidates, who were already sponsored and recommended to the first respondent for the said post. 4.

This Court, having considered the above facts, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. 5.

With the above observation, Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 6.
