THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5629 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner-plaintiff assailing the order dated 25.11.2011 of the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, passed in IA.no.343 of 2011 in OS.no.1433 of 2010 filed under Order XVI Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking direction to the respondent to produce the documents enlisted in the petition.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer list the aforesaid Suit itself was disposed of on 18.04.2012. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.
