HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.28416 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to suspend illegal acquisition of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.26 gts. in Sy.No.521/U, Etigaddakistapur Village, Toguta Mandal, Medak District, Telangana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to pahani dated 02.08.2016, at page No.12 of the Writ Petition, wherein in respect of Sy.No.521/U, extent is shown as Ac.1.26 gts. and, in the column of the name of pattadar, the petitioner is shown as pattadar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, therefore, made representations dated 04.07.2016 and 04.08.2016 to the Tahsildar, Thoguta Mandal, Medak District and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet Medak District respectively stating that his villagers viz. Arikela Ramulu S/o.Mallaiah, Arikela Galaiah S/o.Ramaiah, Arikela Narsaiah S/o.Balaiah, Arikela Balaiah S/o.Balanarasaiah are trying to trespass into his land claiming themselves as owners. The petitioner prayed not to enter their names in the revenue records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, however, till date, no decision has been taken on the representations of the petitioners filed before the Tahsildar, Thoguta Mandal, Medak District and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet Medak District.

Sri T.Sarath, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Advocate General, assured this Court that the matter shall be enquired into and decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner.

Keeping in view the averments in the Writ Petition, and

the submissions of the counsel for the respondents, I direct the respondents to enquire into the matter, as pointed out by the petitioner in his representations dated 04.07.2016 and 04.08.2016, within four weeks from the receipt of this order. The result of the enquiry shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. Till then, status quo shall be maintained by the parties.

I further make it clear that, if compensation in respect of the subject property has already been decided, the same shall not be disbursed to any claimant, including the unofficial respondents till the decision taken communicated to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J Dt:24.08.2016 usd
