THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2345 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, on the complaint made by the petitioners herein, police have registered F.I.R.No.47/2018 on 01.02.2018, under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of the Anantapalli Police Station, West Godavari District, and taken up investigation. The said instructions are placed on record.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said written instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above written instructions.
