O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "For a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioners objection petition filed on 05-08-2017 and also representation to the respondent No.1 on 16-08-2017, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to release any compensation amount in favour of respondents 4 and 5 in respect of Ac.1-39 3⁄4 gts. of land in Sy.No.238/A and 238/AA of Mamidyala village, Mulugu Mandal, Siddipet District, acquired for the construction of Konda Pochamma Project or pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition produced written instructions of Tahsildar, Mulugu Mandal , wherein it is stated as under: "In response to the petition, the revenue records have been verified and also got enquired in the village and revealed that the pattedar Sri Minde Narsaiah and Minde Chandraiah have executed a registered sale deed in favour of Smt. Ulli Sathamma with regard to the land in Sy.No.238/a and 238/aa extent 1-00 acre and 0-39 3⁄4 gts. Situate at Mamidyal village vide Reg. Doc.No.469/1993 Dt. 15-02-1993 and the same was implemented in the Revenue Records and the name of Smt. Ulli Sathamma is being recorded as pattedar and occupant since 1993-94 till to date. As such the payments have been made to the pattedar Smt. Ulli Sathamma." In view of the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies before the competent civil court.
