OFFICE NOTE 04.01.2021 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking to restore Tr.Crl.P.No.13 of 2019 to file by setting aside the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2021. Transfer Criminal Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution by observing that when the matter came up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

This Court while exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., once passed an order, the same cannot be recalled. At the best, petitioners can avail appropriate remedies available to them, but not by way of this petition before this Court.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
