ORAL ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners state that the matter is under consideration of the competent authority and petitioners does not intend to prosecute the contempt case at this stage. Accordingly the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, if the pending negotiations will not yield the result as claimed by them. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
