Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court granted interim order in l.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.12086 ot 2020 on 28.08.2020 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

ln view of the same, there shall be an interim direction to the respondent No.2 - Sub Registrar, Malkajgiri, to receive, process, register and release the documents submitted by the petitioners, if they are otherwise found to be in compliance with the provisions of Registration Act, 1908 and the lndian Stamp Act, 1899. However, registration of such documents shall be subject to the outcome of the present writ petition.
