HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2712 of 2020 ORDER :

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas in Sy.No.142/AA of Edulabad Revenue Village and Grampanchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District by virtue of registered sale deed vide Document No.2420/2014, dated 03-02-2014 executed by his vendor by name J.Nalla Alivelu W/o.J.Nalla Krishna Rao. After getting registered sale deed, the petitioner approached respondent No.4 for mutation regarding subject land. Meanwhile, respondent No.5, who, is the brother of petitioner's vendor's husband filed application before respondent No.3 and 4 objecting the same. Accordingly, the petitioner's vendor's husband also filed appeal in Case No.A2/2105/2015 before respondent No.3 for correction of entries in revenue records and the same was allowed on 06-11-2017. The operative portion of the same reads as under:

"The Tahsildar is directed to restore the entries as per pahani 2009-2010 and also record the name of Smt.Nalla Alivelu wife of Nalla Krishna Rao for an extent of Ac.1-20 guntas in survey number 142/AA of Edulabad Village in accordance with the Proceedings of the then Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal, dated 02-02-2011 to enable B.Ravi son of Peddulu to file for amendment of the land as per Sale Deed No.2420/2014 and also record the name Sri Nalla J.krishna Rao appellant for an extent of Ac.0-35 guntas in survey number 142/AA of Edulabad village."

As the said order is not implemented, the petitioner filed a representation dated 05-02-2020 before the 4th respondent for implementation of the same. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 05-02-2020 in connection with Case No.A2/2105/2015, dated 06-11-2017 and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
