THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following prayer:

"To pass order or orders one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents particularly respondent No.5 in issuing the impugned notice u/Sec.91 Cr.P.C. dt.7.12.2013 in opening the rowdy sheet against the petitioner as per the proceedings No.1105/ACP-A/Cyb/2013, dt.26.11.2013 of the Asst. Commissioner of Police, Aiwa! Davison, Cyberabad as per the Order No.601 of APPM Part-I as illegal, arbitrary violation of Arts.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and against the standing order of A.P. Police Manual and consequently, set aside the same".

2. Today, when the matter is called, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to permit the petitioner herein to make necessary representation to the authorities concerned for redressal of grievance.

3. For the aforesaid reasons and without going into merits and demerits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to make necessary representation to the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order and if any such representation is made, the same may be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of one month thereafter. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
