This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 and A2 in C.C. No.100 of 2014 on the file of the court of Special Judge for Economic Offences at Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
