This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to call for the records relating to Rc.No.E/5559/2011, dated 25-11-2011, passed by respondent No.1 and to quash the same.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Muralidhar, learned Counsel for the

petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 12-01-2012, is vacated and WPMP.No.1072 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
