HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.R.P.Nos.2951 and 2932 of 2010 COMMON ORDER:

These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the common order dated 01.12.2009 passed by the learned Additional District Judgecum-Judge, Family Court, Guntur, in C.M.A.Nos.16 and 17 of 2009 confirming common the order in I.A.Nos.401 and 402 of 2008 in O.S.No.114 of 2008 dated 23.06.2009 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali.

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.114 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali and the said suit was filed for permanent injunction. I.A.Nos.401 and 402 of 2008 were filed for temporary injunction and when the same were dismissed, C.M.A.Nos.16 and 17 of 2009 were filed. The said appeals were also dismissed confirming the orders of the trial Court, as a result of which, no temporary injunction was granted.

This Court, while admitting the Civil Revision Petitions on 12.08.2011, did not grant any stay but observed that the trial may go on. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Civil Revision Petitions.

Accordingly, Both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
