HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7608 & 7609 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.4393 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4, since A.1 died, and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.137 of 2014 (old C.C.No.19 of 2011) on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate at Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy District, which is outcome of crime No.120 of 2010 of Maheshwaram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 416, 464, 468, 471 IPC r/w 120B IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
