THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.996 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.27700 of 2008 on 19.11.2014 by recording the statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent that the land earmarked for park in L.P.No.714/84 in R.S.No.380/B1, Kurnool, Kurnool District was retained for the same purpose only.

3. Now a counter-affidavit is filed stating that the Government issued a Gazette Notification dated 27.08.2011 permitting the change of layout and enabling the owner to use an extent of Acs.5-80 cents towards residential purpose and therefore open space in the layout was narrowed to Ac.1-80 cents from Acs.7-60 cents and the same was lying intact before plot No.200 of the petitioner for the purpose of park, etc. 4.

In that view of the matter, no orders need be passed in this Contempt Case and it is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
