This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.338 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, L.B. Nagar L&O Police Station, Rachakonda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
