O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubnagar, Mahabubnagar District, is not taking steps on the Appeal No.5335 of 2018 filed by them under Section 5(B) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Having received instructions in the matter, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the next date fixed for hearing of the appeal is 23.02.2019. In the light of this fact, it is clear that the appellate authority is taking measures for hearing and disposal of the petitioners' appeal. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
