The inaction of respondents in completing the investigation in FIR No.966 of 2012 is questioned in the present writ petition. The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit and the counter affidavit refers to completing enquiry and proposing to file report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C.

This Court is of the view that since the investigation is completed, no further order need be passed.
