Heard Sri P.Kamalakar for petitioner.

M/s.Satya Sai Kartikeya Agencies represented by its Managing Partner M.V.S.Ramakrishna Raju is the petitioner. Mr.Kamalakar stated that on 26-10-2012 the said Managing Partner is stated to be died and in spite of his best efforts, he has not received instructions from other partners and one of the partners stated that he is not interested in prosecuting the writ prayer. Therefore, he does press the writ prayer. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
