Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the official respondents herein on 18.09.2017 for redressal of her grievance, but no action has been taken so far. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that taking advantage of the said inaction, the unofficial respondent herein is proceeding further with the illegal construction and because of the same, the petitioner herein is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship. Eventually, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to issue necessary directions to the Corporation authorities to take appropriate action on the said representation, dated 18.09.2017, strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation that if any such representation is pending consideration before the official respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

For the aforesaid reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing
the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Circle-V, Sardarmahal, Charminar, Hyderabad/respondent No.4 herein to verify and take appropriate action on the representation, dated 18.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
