Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in the said order the correct SC.No., is SC.No.53 of 2024 and in place of the same, the SC.No., is mentioned as SC.No.63 of 2024. Therefore, prayed this Court to modify the same. Having considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this interlocutory application is ordered, correcting the SC.No., as SC.No.53 of 2024, in stead of SC.No.63 of 2024. Accordingly, the application is ordered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue amended copy.
