THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4383 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the trial Court to dispose of C.F.R.No.4983 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, Y.S.R.District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein filed a complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. before the trial court and the same was numbered as C.F.R.No.4983 of 2016. At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the C.F.R.No.4983 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned First Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, Y.S.R.District, is hereby directed to dispose of C.F.R.No.4983 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
