THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.27611 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not allotting the alternative land or paying compensation amount to the petitioner, for occupying the land admeasuring Ac.0.75 cents, situated in Survey No.53/1 of Mannur Gram Panchayat, Industrial Estate, Rajampet Kadapa district, belonging to the petitioner in spite of various representations, as illegal and arbitrary.

Counter affidavits have been filed by the respondents 1, 2 and 3 denying the allegations made in the Writ Petition. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the first respondent and, on filing such representation, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
