THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P. No.880 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.212 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, SPSR Nellore District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Guntur.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties, with one voice, submitted that F.C.O.P.No.212 of 2015 may be transferred to Family Court at Ongole in order to avoid unnecessary complications.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed withdrawing F.C.O.P.No.212 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, SPSR Nellore District, and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Ongole for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
