HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Criminal Petition No.2539 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2008 of IDA Bollaram Police Station, Medak District registered for the offences punishable under Section 381 IPC against the petitioner/A-2.

At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor representing the State stated that the police, after completion of investigation, filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court and that nothing remains to be adjudicated further in the Criminal Petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
